Plain terms for using Atlas. If something here is unclear, ask rather than guess.
A private tracker for your own job search. It finds roles on public job boards, keeps your applications and outreach in one place, and can draft documents for you when you ask.
Accounts are for one person. Sign-in links are sent to your address and work once. Do not share them; anybody holding one can read your job search.
Your résumés, notes and profile stay yours. You give Atlas permission to store them and to process them for the features you use, and nothing else.
Cover letters, résumé rewrites and company research are generated by a language model. Read anything before you send it. It can be wrong, and it goes out under your name, not ours. Atlas will not invent an answer to an application question you have not answered yourself.
Do not use Atlas to send bulk unsolicited mail, to scrape at a volume that burdens a job board, or to misrepresent who you are to an employer.
Atlas is in beta. Features change, and things occasionally break. Nothing is charged while it is in beta, and you will be asked before anything ever is.
Atlas is provided as it is. It does not guarantee that a role is still open, that a posted salary is accurate, that an application was received, or that you will hear back. Decisions about your career are yours.
You can stop using Atlas whenever you like and ask for your data to be removed, as described in the privacy page. Access can be withdrawn for the fair-use reasons above.
